The Professional Development Series workshops are facilitated in a safe and collaborative environment in which participants are actively invited to participate in their learning. The workshops combine both theory and practice to encourage participation, sharing of experiences, learning, and growth. Group sizes are limited to between 10 to 12 participants to support active interaction. The following workshops are designed for the workplace.

The Personal Growth Series workshops are facilitated in a safe and collaborative environment in which participants are actively invented to participate in their learning. Class sizes are limited to between 10 to 12 participants to encourage participation and sharing of experiences. The following workshops are designed to assist with personal development and wellbeing.

Starting with conversations between our team and your key stakeholders, we build your training from the ground up. We’ll work together to identify and understand your training objectives and goals. From there, we’ll select the specific skills, strategies and the appropriate delivery style to accomplish the objectives, develop the content, incorporate your culture, design exercises and activities for active participation and provide follow-up.
You’ll have an opportunity to discuss your training and development objectives with Jason who will incorporate your input into the workshop. We will work directly with your staff manager and you to identify and understand what it takes for your training to be a success.
