What was the meaningful aspect of the workshop?
- Post-traumatic growth vs Resilience
- Learning about PTG as it was something I had never heard of before. I did see the acronym in the workshop advertising but it had no meaning to me at the time
What tools or strategies form the workshop can you apply immediately to your life situation?
- Mindfulness/meditation
- Just having an awareness has already occurred

- For Jason. When viewing slides on Zoom some slides with stunning visual graphics with color fonts were hard to read as a participant.
