What was the most meaningful aspect of the workshop?
- To realize I am on the right track
- Being in the moment
- Jason’s mindfulness/meditation knowledge & his presentation
- I can change my behavior
- Being present solves many challenges, curious, let it be, non-judgmental
- Much easier than meditation with the breathing replacing need for mantra. Also the focus on non-judgement of passing thoughts. Let it be. Mindfulness is a skill to be learned
- Going away with the knowledge that, with personal effort, it is possible to be mindful
- Learning the difference between mindfulness and meditation
